Surprise! I decided to update today as I finally – after a long time – figured out how to add the category to the menu bar (like below) and would love to share with everyone in case you want to do the same! Yeah I am just soooooo schweet!❤️💛❤️💛❤️
Here we go:
First get into the theme customisation, and click ‘Menus‘.
Then click ‘Add a menu’. I have a ‘Tivamoo Test’ already set up, but for you it should be empty.
Then it will ask you to give it a name – in this case I have given ‘Tivamoo Test’, and of course you don’t have to name it the same.😂🙃 Then you will also want to click that ‘Primary Menu’.
Once you clicked ‘primary menu’, your existing menu line will be gone.😱😳 BUT~~ don’t panic! It will come back as soon as you start adding items, by hitting ‘Add Items’.
In this case as I want to bring categories up to the menu, so I click ‘Categories’ in the pop up window, and pick up any category I wish to see on the homepage.🤘🖐
Then save, and you are all set!🌟 Here is my homepage now, and it’s really easy to navigate between categories now! Hope it helps~~
